Marc J. Williams was born in 1979 in Newcastle, in the north of England. Both his parents studied sports and therefore his decision was inevitable and he decided to pursue this course of study. He started with an internship at a well known Personal Trainer Agency and quickly made a name for himself. Since then he has been a personal trainer for the rich and famous and for many celebrities. His goal is to stand out from the other personal trainers with his method. And we think that he has achieved this goal very well. He focuses on the approach of sustainable weight loss etc.

He said: “Although this is individual, as everyone’s body and goals are different, when you start exercising three times a week and eat a healthy diet, you might lose weight quickly. My classes are personal and very different every day, since every person has a different body and reacts differently to exercise”. This is a topic that is very close to his heart and that is why he has researched it thoroughly and is now writing cookbooks about it.
